What is No-Turn Technology?

No-Turn simply means that the center hubcap remains in a static upright position while the wheel it is attached to is rotating. This creates an awesome effect for all who view it at any speed. We note that all photographers endeavor to manipulate the wheels and the center hubcaps so that the logos or emblem will be properly placed whenever and wherever the automobile is stopped.
